The mental performance training program is a 12-session progressive framework centered around helping players develop competitive processes, deal with adversity/pressure situations, play the game with more enjoyment, and maximize performance. Available for both baseball and softball players.
Includes: PDFs of all presentations with a notes section, handouts to aid in mental performance development, execution of the presentation (live or online), weekly check-ins, and Q & A after every session.
Individualized, multi modal program designed to increase strength, durability and stability of the arm and supporting muscle groups. This program will be personalized to the player’s age/ability. Workouts will include a progressive weekly throwing regimen, band work, PVC progressions, med-ball throws, and conditioning. Available for both pitchers and all position players.
