What we are about
TDP implements a holistic development approach for the baseball or softball player by utilizing the latest advancements in coaching, video, technology, mental performance, and strength-agility training. Total Diamond Performance (TDP) has been designed and created by Matt Mistretta. Coach Mistretta spent the 2017-2020 seasons working in Player Development for the Seattle Mariners, Minnesota Twins, and Cincinnati Reds. During this time, he gained experience in all facets of player development at the professional level (coaching, video, data/analytics, mental performance, advance scouting, strength/conditioning). TDP is constructed to bring professional development structure to all skill levels. Coach Mistretta also spent the winter of 2019-2020 with the Oregon State University Baseball Program working as a Baseball Performance Specialist centered around mental performance, advanced scouting, and player development/evaluation for the 2020 season. The programs are supported by professional and college coaches around the country. Individual, group, and team prices are available for all services upon request.

2024 TDP High school Fall Program
The TDP High School Fall Program structure is complete!! We will be offering three 4-week sessions over the course of the fall. The 2024 TDP High School Fall Program offers a blend of skill acquisition training (throwing, hitting, defense) paired with strength and agility training. Players will be placed in small groups to optimize quality of instruction and maximize repetitions. We have programs in place for both Position Players and Pitchers Only (POs).
